Refund Policy
Please note that the state of Texas allows for a 72-hour cooling off period for verbal or written contracts. If you wish to request a refund, please send your request in writing to sales@cdltesttruck.com within 72 hours of our verbal or contract agreement. After this time, all sales are final and we will issue an in-house credit for any remaining balance. This credit does not expire and can be used by you or transferred to another person. To transfer the credit, please provide their full legal name and driver's license number in writing to sales@cdltesttruck.com and once received, we will transfer the credit to them.

IN HOUSE CREDIT WILL NOT EXPIRE. YOU CAN EITHER USE THE IN HOUSE CREDIT OR GIVE IT TO ANOTHER PERSON TO USE. TO ISSUE THE IN HOUSE CREDIT TO ANOTHER PERSON YOU MUST SUBMIT IN WRITING TO SALES@CDLTESTTRUCK.COM THEIR FULL LEGAL NAME AND DRVER LICENSE NUMBER. CREDIT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THAT PERON ONCE WE RECIEVE THEIR INFORMATION IN WRITING.
