Tell us about the activity and the people involved
Include your organization, proposed location, number of people, intended vehicle or license path and preferred dates. Explain the group’s existing skills and whether you are asking about vehicle services or separate applicable ELDT.
Get the arrangements in writing
Before scheduling, confirm the exact activity, equipment, location requirements, access arrangements, price and any travel charge. A mobile-unit photograph does not establish that every service is available at every location.
Plan the licensing and testing steps separately
